Rental Terms

1. The Renter pays his own gas.
2. The Renter pays any and all fines and is responsible for any personal injury.
3. The owners are not establishment  and not responsible for any accident of the rented motorbike.
4. The Renter has the obligation to inform the contractor for the exact location where the vehicle has stopped due to a mechanical problem or in case of an accident or crash accident.
5. Rental charges are to paid in advance. Money cannot be returned.

Condition of use

Insurance policies will not apply in the folowing cases

1. If the driver has made use of drugs or alcohol.
2. If the driver is not authorized by HELMIS RENTALS to ride the vehicle and has not signed the present contract.
3. If the driver is not holder of a valid license.
4. If the driver is not complied with the obligations accepted on the rental contract as to place, date and time of rentals termination.
5. If on the rented vehicle ride more persons that the permitted number.

General Terms

1. The descruction of the tyres and rims are not covered any insurance.
2. Mechanical damages caused by use of inappropriate fuel are not covered.
3. The Renter is not allowed to drive the vehicle near or inside sea water. In similar cases a compensation resulting from the vehicle wear will be demanded.
4. The Render is not allowed to get out of the island of Zakynthos with the vehicle without prior authorization from HELMIS RENTALS.
5. Road service is provides without charge to all HELMIS RENTALS customers.
6. The Render is obligated to make use of steering lock at all times.
7. Any and all disputes which may arise between Lessor and Render will be settled before the competent courts of Zakynthos in Greece.
8. THE CRASH HELMETS ARE OBLIGATORY. In case you dont wear the helmet the police will impose a fine on you and will deduct your license for 60 days.
